Central Arkansas Diaper Bank
Beginning in April 2019, Central Arkansas Diaper Bank answered the call to fulfill a need for central Arkansas families. Because 1 in 3 families experience diaper insecurity, Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church saw an opportunity to fill. Now serving over 100 families a month, the Central Arkansas Diaper Drive allows families to pick up diapers, wipes, and other baby needs on the first Wednesday of every month from 8:00am-10:00am. Even car seats and proper installations have been provided to families. Because of their unique commitment to the community, we are honored to recognize the Central Arkansas Diaper Bank as this month’s Spirit of Arkansas Award.
