Veterans Village
When a group of veterans sees other veterans in need, they often jump in and help out. That is what happens every day with Veterans Villages of America. Veterans Villages of America helps veterans in need of housing. Sometimes it’s a simple as getting some much needed furniture, other times it’s completing much-needed renovations, sometimes it’s even getting someone in a house that has been donated. It’s all about veterans helping veterans. “No veteran left behind…” says Col. Mike Ross, one founders. These veterans are doing so much to help the community of fellow veterans in Arkansas. Veterans Villages of America is truly worthy of receiving the Saluting Heroes award.
