C.O.P.S.
Each day law enforcement officers are putting their life on the line. They know the danger, but still do it every day. Sometimes tragedy strikes and they are injured or killed in the line of duty. Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) was formed to help families of those killed in the line of duty. As they say, they are in the business of rebuilding shattered lives when there is a line of duty death. They can come alongside those families and offer assistance in everything from filing for benefits to counseling. What might be most important though is through their shared experiences they can provide hope. Hope that the families will get through the tragedy. We salute C.O.P.S. for stepping in and helping the families of law enforcement in such difficult times.
