Family Promise
Ending homelessness is incredibly important to give children the stability needed to grow and thrive. Family Promise of Pulaski County has a goal of ending this challenge in our community. When Family Promise started in 2005, no homeless shelters in Little Rock would house families as a unit. Recognizing this need, Family Promise was started with one goal, to keep families together and help them gain independence. Over the years, they have helped countless families all over Pulaski County. The families are assisted with job placement, skill development, budgeting, household management, and many other things. Helping families and their children transition out of homelessness is why the Family Promise of Pulaski County is a Victory Over Violence Difference Maker.
