For the fifth year in a row, we are humbled to be named one of Arkansas’ Best Places To Work! Arkansas Business releases its Best Places To Work list annually. Being named a best place to work by the leading business publication in the state is a huge honor. We believe we have the best team in Arkansas and it’s validation to be recognized for our culture and team. Our goal is to work hard for our clients and to be known as fierce advocates for them.
Many awards are voted on by our fellow Arkansans and we are deeply honored for the many awards we have won in that way. From the being named the Best of the Best in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, being a US News and World Reports Best Law Firm, or having an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for many of our attorneys, all of those awards are a validation of our work. However, an Arkansas Business Best Places to Work is different. This program is not an arbitrary popularity contest. Finalists are selected after an extensive survey and interview process. The study includes both questions for the employer and the employees. The answers are scored and companies that score high enough are named a Best Places to Work finalist.
Our employees are happy and we are thankful that they enjoy their work. We are consistently working on improvements to make our culture progressive. A happy team results in excellent client service. Our ultimate goal is making sure our clients know they are number one and that we are working hard for them. This award shows we are on the right path, but we can’t stop.
