Rainwater, Holt & Sexton named one of the Best Places to Work

We already knew it, but it sure is nice to be recognized! Rainwater, Holt & Sexton has been named by Arkansas Business Publishing Group as one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas.

Our firm was honored at a luncheon on Wednesday, September 16 along with seventeen other deserving businesses. The selection process was not a popularity vote, but rather based on employee surveys on the topics of benefits and unique culture in the workplace. The process has shown us areas where we excel and areas where improvement is needed.  We are very proud of our staff and know they are truly our best asset.
