Madison Parks
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Madison Parks was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and grew up in Greenville, Mississippi. While she loved her time in the Mississippi Delta, she was excited to return to her home state of Arkansas for her undergraduate education. She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. While at Ouachita, her business professors planted a seed in her brain that got her interested in the practice of law. Fully running with this new legal interest, she became president of Ouachita’s Pre-Law Society. After graduating from Ouachita, she attended the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law.
Parks was drawn to the legal field because she knew she wanted to find a career that interested and challenged her, while allowing her the opportunity to help people every day. While in law school, Parks developed her admiration for helping clients through Bowen’s Business Innovations Clinic. It was through working with clients in the clinic that she decided that using her legal career to positively impact individuals’ lives was her ultimate goal.
Upon law school graduation and admission to the Arkansas State Bar, Parks said she was drawn to the enthusiasm and kindness that Rainwater, Holt, & Sexton displayed when advocating for their clients, as well as through their continuous involvement in our community. She joined Rainwater, Holt & Sexton in 2022 and looks forward to continuing the firm’s devotion to bettering our clients and our community.
In her free time, Parks enjoys spending time with her friends and family, boating on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, attending concerts, and traveling to explore all of the fun and beautiful places Arkansas has to offer.
