Jessica Smith

Arkansas Injury Attorney

Jessica Smith is a native Arkansan who grew up in Glen Rose, Arkansas, a small town in Hot Spring County. After graduating from Glen Rose High School, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After obtaining her degree, Smith worked as a corporate paralegal at Windstream Communications in Little Rock and ABF Freight in Fort Smith.

During her time as a paralegal, Smith witnessed the justice that our legal system can provide to individuals who have been wronged and quickly realized she wanted to play an active role in that process by becoming an attorney. As such, Smith then attended law school as a Dean’s Fellow at University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.

After law school, Smith served as an Attorney Specialist for the Arkansas Prosecuting Coordinator’s Office. As an Attorney Specialist, she provided legal advice and guidance to District Prosecutors throughout the state of Arkansas and assisted families and physicians with bringing civil commitment petitions before the circuit court in Pulaski County.

Having previously worked as a law clerk at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton during law school, Smith was eager to return to the firm as an injury attorney where she works tirelessly to advocate for her clients and to obtain the fair resolutions that they deserve.

Outside of the office, Smith enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and spoiling her two dogs.
