Jeremy McNabb
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Jeremy McNabb is a native Arkansan born and raised in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Jeremy graduated from Pocahontas High School and then attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he earned a degree in business finance. During his time in college, he decided to pursue a legal career. Jeremy moved to Little Rock to begin his studies at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jeremy is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Missouri.
Immediately after law school, Jeremy practiced criminal law for the State of Arkansas and learned how to navigate a courtroom. Jeremy then went to work as an associate attorney for the attorneys who later founded Rainwater, Holt & Sexton. “I have been fortunate enough to be with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton from the very beginning. It has been exciting to be a part of a team that has grown to be the largest personal injury law firm in Arkansas,” he said.
While growing up in the McNabb home, Jeremy recalls his family continually instructing and putting into practice two essential life principles: First, always give your best effort in everything you do. Second, a full life is one lived in the service of others. Whatever it is—raising a family, working on relationships, practicing his faith, working—he works hard to implement both of those principles.
At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Jeremy serves clients in numerous practice areas, including representing county officials in the county defense practice, helping start and grow the Social Security Disability practice, and representing clients who have suffered significant personal injuries. Jeremy considers it a privilege to come to work each day and represent the great people of Arkansas. “For me, it always comes back to those two essential life principles. We represent people with complicated legal issues and that requires nothing less than my best effort all of the time. And, I want each of my clients to know that my representation of them is of the highest priority and that their interest always, and I mean always, comes before mine,” Jeremy said.
