Jake Logan
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Jake Logan was born and raised in Sheridan, Arkansas where he attended high school and graduated co-valedictorian. During his sophomore year at the University of Central Arkansas, he knew he wanted to pursue a career in law. It would be a lifelong pursuit to understand the rules, argue their influence and use them to help clients. He graduated from UCA in 2013 magna cum laude.
He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law where he was an Associate Editor on the Law Review and was also on the Moot Court Board. He graduated magna cum laude from law school in 2016 and passed the Arkansas Bar in July 2016. He passed the Missouri Uniform Bar Exam in February 2018 and is licensed to practice law in Missouri as well. His growing litigation and trial experience gave him the ability to educate and advise his clients on the merits of each case thoroughly.
After law school, Jake stayed in Little Rock with his wife, Mary, and their two adopted dogs, Chief and Ruby. He is active in community organizations and holds a position with in his church, St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. He is also active in the Rotaract Club of Little Rock, the Hat Club of Little Rock, and Create Little Rock. Jake is also a member of the legal organization of the Judge William R. Overton Inn of Court.
At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, he practices injury litigation of all types but has an emphasis on premise liability cases where his clients are injured by the negligence of a store or business owner. He looks forward to helping you pursue recovery from your injury.
