Hillary Branham grew up and lived in Magnolia, Arkansas for most of her childhood and then moved to Benton, Arkansas with her family during her teenage years. She graduated from Benton High School and attended college at Arkansas Tech University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and her associate degree in criminal justice. After college, she attended William H. Bowen School of Law at UA Little Rock.
Branham’s drive to become an attorney came from her love and passion for serving people. She knew that if she became an attorney, she would be able to assist people in some of their greatest times of need.
While in law school, Branham worked at Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A. in Little Rock, Arkansas; clerked at Rainwater, Holt, & Sexton; clerked at the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas where she was able to work as a Rule XV certified student attorney; and clerked at McClelland Law Firm, P.A. Before joining Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Branham was an associate attorney at McClelland Law Firm, P.A.
Branham was excited to return to Rainwater, Holt & Sexton to continue her legal career. Her passion is helping the people of Arkansas when they are facing some of the toughest times of their lives. She loves advocating for people and removing the burden of dealing with insurance companies so they can focus on healing and returning to normalcy after their accident.
During her free time, you can find Branham spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys baking, reading, and traveling with her extended family!
