Jessica Vaught
Arkansas Injury Attorney
Jessica Bass Vaught has had the privilege of practicing law with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton since 2008. She grew up in the small, south Arkansas town of Arkadelphia and received a B.A. in Political Science from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She then returned home to Arkansas to attend UALR’s Bowen School of Law.
Jessica enjoys representing Rainwater, Holt & Sexton clients and advocating for the best outcome in each client’s case. Without question, the firm’s caring commitment to its clients and to communities across Arkansas sets it apart.
Jessica’s primary practice area is bankruptcy and participates in the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar. She is also a member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and recently served on the Arkansas Bar Association’s Commission on Diversity. She is an adjunct professor at the UALR Bowen School of Law, where she has taught Law and Literature and Remedies.
Jessica and her husband L.B. enjoy volunteering with their church and their teenaged children’s activities. Jessica is especially grateful for the family-friendly focus encouraged by Rainwater, Holt & Sexton. From firm-sponsored Travelers baseball game outings to fall family picnics and community outreach opportunities, the firm fosters fellowship and fun.
The firm’s team-based approach and effective working relationships among employees ensure that our clients receive superior service on a consistent basis. Rainwater, Holt & Sexton’s emphasis on community focus initiatives such as our monthly charitable giving program encourages consideration others and to collectively contribute to something larger than ourselves.
Jessica Bass Vaught is thankful and proud to be a part of Rainwater, Holt & Sexton.
